Jason Crigler

In 2004, Jason Crigler suffered an AVM brain hemorrhage while playing guitar in a New York nightclub. In the ER, doctors told Jason’s family, “There won’t be much left of the man you know.” At first, they seemed to be right: mute, immobile, he was minimally responsive at best. But Jason went on to have a recovery so remarkable that many of his doctors have acknowledged this case changed the way they practiced medicine.
